اعلن المجلس العسكرى عن اعادة فرض قانون الضريبة على العقارات المبنية والمعروف باسم قانون غالى نسبتا الى وزير الماليه السابق بطرس غالى وسوف يتم العمل بالقانون ابتداء من يناير 2012 المقبل
وقال رئيس مصلحة الضرائب العقارية ان تلك القانون لم يتم الغاءة فى السابق عندما كان من المفترض تطبيقه ولكن الدكتور عصام شرف رئيس الوزراء الحالى قام بتاجيل تطبيقه
وقد قام بطرس غالى وزير الماليه السابق بتعديل القانون برفع حدود الإعفاء من الضريبة إلى مليون جنيه بدلا 500 ألف جنيه للعقار بالقانون الحالى وزياده القيمة الإيجارية إلى 126 ألف جنيه سنويا بدلاً من 6000 جنيه
