اكد المجلس العسكرى بعمل جنازة عسكرية لمبارك ونجلية سوف يقيمان العزاء ولهم الحق فى العفو من الحكم

 أكد الخبير الأمني اللواء سامح سيف اليزل فى مداخلة هاتفية له فى برنامج هنا العاصمة على قناة سى بى سى المصرية أن المجلس العسكرى مجبر على إقامة جنازة عسكرية لمبارك لأن القانون العسكرى ينص على أن الجنازة العسكرية يستحقها الضباط من رتبة الفريق حتى ولو كان محالاً إلى المعاش طالما أنه لم يصدر ضده أي أحكام مخلة بالشرف أو عقوبة تمس الحياة العسكرية أو ثبوت تهمه تخالف القانون العسكري كما أكد الرجل أنه من حق نجليه جمال مبارك وعلاء حضور الجنازة وتلقى العزاء لأنه قال أنه من حق وزير الداخلية إطلاق سراح المسجونين الذين لهم أقارب من الدرجة الأولى قد توفوا لتلقى العزاء فيهم على أن يكون إطلاق السراح هذا لمدة 24 ساعةالغريب فى الأمر هو حالة الجدل التى تعمدت الكثير من وسائل الإعلام فى الشارع المصرى حول شكل جنازة مبارك وأعتقد أن الهدف منها هو تأهيل نفسى للشعب لتقبل إعلان خبر وفاة مبارك سواء كان حقيقى أو غير حقيقى

وزارة الصحة تنفى خبر وفات مبارك اليوم بالفديو

تأتي هذة التصريحات بعد تداول الاخبار عن ان صحة الرئيس مبارك غير مستقرة و انه دخل في غيبوبة كاملة بعد جلطة القلب و هذا ما تحدث و صرح به المحامي
