مع بدء الدراسة رسمياً اليوم السبت 17 سبتمبر 2011 فى بعض المدارس على مستوى الجمهورية، وغداً تبدأ فى باقى المدارس
وبدأت معها فعاليات الإضراب الذى دعا إليه الكثير من الحركات التعليمية، ولاقت القبول من العديد من مدرسى مصر اعتراضاً على عدم تطبيق نسبة الـ 200% كاملة بدون المساس بالكادر والمكافأة

نتابع فى هذا الموضوع سوياً وأولاً بأول جميع فعاليات إضراب المدرسين فى كافة محافظات مصر، والتصريحات التى أدلى بها المؤيدون والمعارضون، والصور المختلفة للإضراب من كافة المحافظات، والفيديوهات التى تم تصويرها أو وردت فى قنوات فضائية

وقد تلقت غرة العمليات بنقابة المعلمين المستقلة بأن نسبة الإضراب بلغت 75% فى أول يوم ، وبأن المدرسين حضروا فى المدارس ولكن بدون عمل


    بأن إتحاد شباب الأقصر يحمل وزير التربية والتعليم مسئولية الأضرار المترتبة فى حالة قيام المعلمين بإضرابهم عن العمل
    وبأن عبد الحفيظ طايل مدير المركز المصري للحق في التعليم قال إن المركز تلقي مئات التقارير من المحافظات التي تؤكد نجاح الإضراب الذي دعا إليه المعلمون في المدارس اليوم السبت لحين تنفيذ مطالبهم، مؤكدا أن نسبة الإضراب في المدارس وصلت إلي 100%في بعض المحافظات والإدارات خاصة في صعيد مصر وأضاف أن متوسط الإضراب في محافظة كفر الشيخ وصل إلي 78% حتي الآن والمنيا 90%، و100% في سوهاج وأسيوط بعد أن سجل المدرسون إضرابهم في سجلات الحضور


محافظة الغربية أغلقت مدرسة الإصلاح الجديدة الابتدائية أبوابها في وجه التلاميذ وتظاهر المدرسين أمام باب المدرسة معلنين إضرابهم عن العمل مما حدا بمدير أمن الغربية بتهديد المدرسين باعتقالهم إلا أن المدرسين أصروا على وقفتهم الاحتجاجية وعلى إضرابهم عن العمل مما اضطر مدير الأمن للانصراف صاغراً

وفي محافظة دمياط التي شهدت إضراباً واسعاُ فقد أضربت مدرسة الحرية التجارية وكذلك مدرسة عمار بن ياسر ومدرسة أحمد زويل الابتدائية كذلك أضربت أكثر من 6 مدارس في مدينة فارسكور بدمياط منهما فارسكور الثانوية بينين والسيدة خديجة الابتدائية والإعدادية

وفي الجيزة أغلقت مدرسة خالد ابن الوليد ومدرسة الوراق المشتركة بمنطقة الوراق بالجيزة ابوابها في وجهه الطلاب منذ الصباح وحتى لحظة نشر الخبر مما تسبب في تجمهر مئات الطلاب امام مدخل المدرسة واصابة الشارع بحالة تكدس وبسؤال محرر راديو حريتنا لأحد المدرسين أفاد أن مديرة المدرسة بالاتفاق مع كل المدرسين قد أصدرت تعليمات بعدم فتح الابواب امام الطلاب بسبب عدم حضور المعلمين وخوفا من قيام الطلاب بإعمال تخريبية داخل المدرسة

وفي محافظة سوهاج مركز طما أضرب اكثر من 8 مدارس ( الثانوية بنين - الثانوية بنات -مصطفى عبيد - عبد الستار فهمي- قاو غرب الاعدادية وغيرها ويوجد اضراب جزئي ببعض المدارس مثل الاسلامية

وشهدت محافظة جنوب سيناء خلو المدارس من كل المدرسية وقد تظاهر حوالي 2000 معلم أمام مديرية التربية والتعليم بجنوب سيناء لإعلان الإضراب

وفي محافظة كفر الشيخ فقد أضربت مدرسة الازهر الشريف بمركز سيدى سالم بالكامل عن العمل وكذلك مدرسة القصابي الإعدادية بالكامل ومدرسة ابو غنيمه الإعدادية بنين ومدرسة أبو غنيمه التجارية

وفي محافظة قنا نجح إضراب شامل لإدارات قنا - قوص - نقادة - الوقف - دشنا - نجع حمادي - مدينة الالومنيوم - فرشوط - ابو تشت

وجميع مدارس ادارة الوقف التعليمية وغلق ابواب مدرسة الوقف الصناعية والوقف التجارية امام الطلاب ومنذ قليل كان بالمدرسة رئيس مجلس المدينة وحاول جاهدا ان يثنى المعلمين عن الاضراب إلا أنه غادر المجمع دون إحراز أي نتيجة

وفي مركز قوص قد أضربت كل من مدرسة النيل الابتدائية مدرسة مصنع السكر الابتدائية مدرسة ابن دقيق العيد الابتدائية البهاء زهير الاعدادية دكتور عبد العزيز القوصى الاعدادية مصنع السكر الاعدادية مدرسة التجارة بنين التجارة بنات الصنائع بنات بقوص جميع مدارس قرية جراجوس بالإضافة الى اضرابات جزئية في باقي المدارس

بينما أصدرت وزارة التربية والتعليم توجيهات للمديريات التعليمية بالاستعانة بالموجهين ومدرسى المتابعة بالإدارات والأخصائيين الاجتماعين والتربويون، لسد عجز هيئات التدريس بالمدارس فى حالة استجابة المعلمين لدعوة الإضراب احتجاجا على قيمة حوافز المعلمين

كما وجهت الوزارة للمديريات التعليمية الاستعانة، بمجالس الأمناء بالمدارس بالتحاور مع المعلمين المضربين ودعوتهم للعودة للتدريس حرصا على انتظام العملية التعليمية مع بدء الدراسة، وفى سياق متصل أكد وزير التربية والتعليم الدكتور أحمد جمال الدين موسى، أن المحافظين هم المسئولين عن تحديد العقوبات الموقعة على المدرسين المضربين موضحا أنه لن يتدخل فى هذا الأمر

وقال الوزير فى تصريحات صحفية اليوم السبت، إن الوزارة تبحث تطبيق نظام تعليمى جديد بالمرحلة الثانوية بمدارس النيل التابعة لصندوق تطوير التعليم بمجلس الوزراء، مضيفا أن الوزارة تستهدف تطوير هذه المدارس رغم أنها لا تتبعها إداريا
