قام فضل بالدعاء علي نظام بشار الاسد الذي يقوم بقتل شعبة وذلك بمهرجان موازين في المغرب
والذي حضرة عدد كبير من محبي المغني اللبناني فضل شاكر وصل الي 200 الف متفرج حضروا المهرجان مما سبب احراج كبير لمنظمي الحفل فبمجرد اعتلاء فضل المسرح قام بالدعاء علي بشار الاسد قائلا

وقد أقدم محبو تامر على هذه الخطوة خوفًا من التعدي عليه بعد الهجوم الشديد الذي تلقاه حسني على صفحات الفيس بوك نتيجة استكماله للجولة رغم أجواء الحزن والحداد التي عاشتها مصر الأيام الماضية بعد مأساة سقوط عدد كبير من مشجعي النادي الأهلي ضحايا الاعتداءات التي جرت باستاد بورسعيد عقب نهاية مباراة الأهلي والمصري
