اليوم ومع بداء اول ايام الدراسة فمن الواضح ان الاضراب الذى اعلنته نقابة المعلمين والحركات التعليمة المختلفة والتى تضم عدد كبير من المعلمين بمختلف انحاء الجمهورية بسبب نسبة الخافز التى تصل ما بين 25 فى المائة الى خمسة وسبعون بالمائة والتى رفضت الوزارة صرفها الى الان للمعلمين مما جعل الوضع يصبح اكثر سواء بسبب اضراب المعلمين عن دخول الفصول المدرسية لاداء مهامهم بأول ايام الدراسة بالعام الدراسى الجديد ومن جانبها قامت وزارة التربية والتعليم بارسال إخطار رسمى الى كافة مديريات التربية والتعليم على مستوى الجمهورية بتعليمات بدء الايام الاؤلة من الدراسة بالانشطة الترفيهية منها الفنية والرياضية والثقافية هذا فى حالة تغيب المعلمين عن حضورهم بالحصص المقررة ببداية العام الدراسى على ان يقوم مدير كل مدرسة بتسجيل حالات الغياب لكافة المدرسين المتغبين بتلك الايام وارسلها للوزارة لاتخاذ اللازم مع عدم السماح الخروج من المدرسة سواء للطلبة او المدرسيين قبل انتهاء اليوم الدراسى فى موعده الطبيعى لكن ما حدث العكس بأغلب المدارس فظل الطلاب خارج الفصول وبعض المدراس اغلقت ابوابها فى وجه الطلاب بسبب عدم وجود اغلب مدرسيها او رفض معظمهم العمل بسبب الاضراب التام مما جعل الوضع اكثر فوضى وارتباك
