رسميا وبقرار من القضاء الاداري وللمرة الثانية وفي مفاجأة سارة حكمت محكمة القضاء الاداري اليوم والزمت الحكومة المصرية برئاسة الدكتور كمال الجنزوري رئيس الوزراء ووزير الاتصالات ورئيس الجهاز القومى لتنظيم الاتصالات بحجب وحظر جميع المواقع الاباحية من مصر لما تقوم به من نشر للفسق والفجور بين الشباب وان الحكم صادرا من اجل المحافظة على كيان الاسرة المصرية وترابطها والمحافظة على الشباب المصري من ان يطولة اي تطرف او فساد صدر هذا الحكم برئاسة نائب رئيس مجلس الدولة ورئيس محاكم القضاء الإدارى المستشار على فكرى
يذكر ان الحكم قد صدر بناء على دعوى قد رفعها عبدالعزيز إبراهيم عرابى المحامى يذكر انه جاء في تعقيبا على الحكم ان هذا الحكم لايعتبر تقييدا للحريات لانه من المعروف انه لايوجد شئ اسمة حريات مطلقة كما انها تعتبر اثارة للفتنة والوقيعة والفساد والرذيلة في المجتمع
وقد جاء في حيثيات الحكم
المجمتع المصرى بطبيعته مجمتع متدين، وأنه حفاظا على التقاليد والآداب والآخلاق العامة وعدم انتشار الرذيلة فى المجتمع فقد أصدرت المحكمة حكمها حفاظا على ثوابته، وعدم تعرضه للاختراق من أية جهات أخرى، وحفاظا على الأسرة المصرية وعلى النشىء
ومن حيث أنه يجب الحفاظ على كيان الأسرة المصرية والشباب المصرى من بعض المواقع الإباحية، التى تنتج وتنشر صورا أو مقاطع فيديو تتضمن مشاهد مخلة بالشرف والأداب العامة وتخض على الفجور والفساد والرذيلة، وأنه يجب حجب تلك المواقع أيا كانت
A formal decision of the administrative judiciary for the second time in a pleasant surprise Administrative Court ruled the day and required the Egyptian government headed by Dr Kamal Ganzouri Prime Minister and Minister of Communications and head of the National Telecommunications Regulatory block and ban all porn sites of Egypt for its deployment of debauchery and immorality among the youth and that judgment is in order to preserve the integrity and interdependence of the Egyptian family and the preservation of Egyptian youth that Atoulh any extremism or corruption of judgment was headed by Deputy Premier and head of the administrative courts of justice adviser on my mind
The judgment was based on the claim that has brought Abdul Aziz Ibrahim Orabi lawyer states that he came in commenting on the judgment that this provision is not considered restrictive because it is known that there is no such thing as freedom of absolute as it is to raise sedition and discord corruption and immorality in society
