قرر المستشار أحمد رفعت تأجيل جلسه محاكمة مبارك وأبنيه وحبيب العادلى و 6 من كبار مساعديه
ورجل الاعمال الهارب على أن يتم أستكمال الجلسه الرابعه فى المحاكمه غدا الخميس الثامن من سبتمبر
وقد قررت محكمه جنايات القاهره بأستدعاء للاستماع إلى شهادته يوم الأحد المقبل، الموافق 11 من الشهر الجاري، وتحديد اليوم التالي للاستماع إلى شهادة الفريق سامي عنان حول أحداث الثورة، وتحديد يوم 13 سبتمبر الجاري للاستماع إلى عمرو سليمان نائب رئيس الجمهورية السابق، ويوم 14 من نفس الشهر لمناقشة منصور العيسوي وزير الداخلية، و 15 من نفس الشهر وزير الداخلية السابق محمود وجدي
كما قرّرت المحكمة جعل تلك الجلسات سريّة، مقصور حضورها على المتهمين ومحاميهم والمدّعين بالحق المدني
وصرح مصدر قضائى رفيع المستوى بأنه يجوز للمحكمة استدعاء المشير حسين طنطاوي مباشرة للشهادة في محاكمة الرئيس السابق ونجلَيْه والعادلي ومساعديه، دون الرجوع إلى القضاء العسكري، وكذلك الفريق سامي عنان؛ لأن استدعاءهما يتمّ ليس بصفتهما العسكرية، لكن بالصفة الجديدة كقائم بأعمال رئيس الجمهورية ونائبه
وأكّد المصدر القضائي أن حضور الشهود واجب بعد الاستدعاء الرسمي من المحكمة، ولا يجوز التخلّف إلا بعذر قهري؛ لأن شهادتهما مهمة لسير المحاكمة، ويترتّب عليها تحديد اتجاه باقي المحاكمة

I have decided to Cairo Criminal Court called in to listen to his testimony on Sunday next, 11 th of this month, and determine the next day to hear the testimony of Lieutenant General Sami Annan on the events of the Revolution, and determine the day of Sept 13 to listen to Amr Soliman former Vice-President, and on 14 of the same month to discuss Mansour al-Issawi and Minister of the Interior, and 15 of the same month, former Interior Minister Mahmoud and grandfather
The court also decided to make those meetings a secret, limited presence on the defendants and their lawyers and civil claimants
And a judicial source said high level as the court may call the Field Marshal Hussein Tantawi, direct testimony in the trial of former president and his two sons and Adli and his aides, without reference to the military judiciary, as well as the team Sami Annan; because the summoned is not in their capacity as military, but Balsafh new caretaker president and vice president
The judicial source, that the presence of witnesses, after the call the official duty of the court, may not only excuse failure compulsive; because their testimony is important for the trial, it follows in determining the direction of the rest of the trial
