حيث من المفترض ان شهادة هؤلاء الشهود امام النيابة كانت اثبات لقضايا قتل المتظاهرين وامر من العادلي بذلك في حين ان شهادتهم امام المحكمة والذي اوضح عدم وجود تصريح او امر بهذا الامر الذي اثا دهشة الجميع وعلى راسهم رئييس المحكمة المستشار احمد رفعت والذي قال لهم انه لايعلم ان كانوا شهود اثبات ام نفي

Where it is supposed that the testimony of these witnesses before the prosecution had to prove to the killings of demonstrators and the order of Adli so while their testimony before the court, which explained the lack of a permit or order in this matter, which Latha everyone's surprise, led by Rias court adviser Ahmed Refaat, who told them he was not aware that they were witnesses to prove or deny!!!!
