اكد اليوم مصدر قضائى رفيع المستوى أن محاكمة الرئيس المخلوع محمد حسنى مبارك وابناءه جمال مبارك وعلاء مبارك ووزير داخليته السابق حبيب العادلى وستة من كبار مساعديه فى قضايا قتل المتظاهرين بثورة 25 يناير وقضايا فساد وتريح من السلطة واستغلال النفوذ قد تستغرق حمسة سنوات اذا وافقت المحكمة على كافة الطلبات التى تقدمها بها المدعين بالحق المدنى وطلبات محامين المتهمين مؤكدا ان المحكمة سوف تقوم برفض الطلبات التى تقدم بها محامى المتهم فريد الديب والتى يطلب بها سماع شهادة الشهود فى هذه القضية والبالغ عددهم 1600 شاهد وايضا طلب الحصول على تصريح من المحكمة بالسماح لدفاع المتهمين بالاطلاع على صورة رسمية من محضر تحريات هيئة الرقابة الادارية التى قامت به حول فيلات شرم الشيخ والطلب الثانى هو الحصول صورة رسمية من محاضر أعمال خبير الكسب غير المشرو ع الذى تم أعدداه حول ثروة المتهمين والطلب الثالث هو تكليف المحكمة لهيئة لاسعاف بتجهيز كشوفات بها الاسماء الخاصة بحالات الوفاة والاصابات التى تكت وقت الثورة على مستوى كافة محافظات الجمهورية مع تحديد الاماكن والتواريخ والاوقات التى تم نقلهم فيها بسيارات الاسعاف والطلب الرابع تصوير كافة اوراق المتلقة بالقضية وايضا مثول المشير طنطاوى لسماع شهاداته حول مقتل الثوار واذا ما كان تلقى اوامر بقتل المتظاهرين والطلب الخامس هو الادلاء بشهادة كل من تولى منصب محافظ جنوب سيناء
