اصدر المجلس الاعلى للقوات المسلحه والحاكم للبلاد فى الفترة الانتقاليه من بعد الثورة وحتى تسليم السلطه بعد الانتخابات البيان الذى يحمل رقم 74 والخاص بالمظاهرة المليونيه الجمعه القادمه جمعه تصحيح المسار 9/9/2011 حيث يتوعد المجلس العسكرى بمحاسبه كل من يقوم بالهجوم على المنشأت او وحدات القوات المسلحه ومعسكراتها كما دعى كل من قام بالدعوة الى تلك المظاهرة المليونيه بتحمل مسئوليه حماية كل الاماكن التى سوف تتواجد بها تلك المظاهرة واكد ان حريه الرأى مكفوله للجميع بشرط ان يكون التظاهر سلمى ولا يضر بسمعه مصر ومنشأتها
