استطاعت القوات المسلحة القاءالقبض على 12 شخص من المتهمين فى اثارة الفوضى فى سيناء و ذلك عن طريق تنفيذ هجوم كبير على سيناء ادى الى وفاة ضابتين و عدة مدنيين و قد بدءت القوات المسلحة عملية باسم عملية " نسر" و استطاعت القبض على 12 من المنتمين لجماعة الجهاد حيث تم ضبط مجموعة كبيره من الاوراق و الكتب التنظيميه و التى تحث على الجهاد كما تم ايضا ضبط ملابس للقوات المسلحة كان من المحتمل استخدامها فى تنفيذ عمليات اخرى و تم ايضا ضبط مجموعة كبيره من الرصاص و الذخائر الحيه و ايضا 3 لوحات معدنية لثلاثة سيارات مختلفة و تبدا النيابة فى التحقيق مع المتهمين لمعرفة الجهه التابعين لها و من الممول لهم وما علاقتهم بتنظيم القاعدة و ذلك بعد انتشار منشور فى سيناء يحث على اقامة امارة اسلامية فى سيناء و تاتى عملية " نسر " فى الوقت الذى زادت فيه الفوضى فى سيناء من اقتحام لاقسام و تفجير لخطوط الغاز و و اخيرا الهجوم الاخير الذى راح ضحيته 25 فرد من مصاب و قتيل
