حدثت بالامس ما يشبه المجزره فى العريش و التى قام بها مجموعة من الملثمين و قامو باطلاق نار كثيف على قسم ثانى العريش و الذى ادى الى مقتل ضابطين و اصابة اخرين ترجع التفاصيل التى يرويها احد شهود العيان و الذين قالو انها كانت مظاهره سلمية يقوم بها مجموعة ترفع لافتات سوداء و يقولو اسلامية اسلامية و ما ان دخلت المظاهره الى ميدان الحرية حتى وجد سيارات محملة بالاسلحة ذهبت الى المتظاهرين و الذى اخذو هذه الاسلحة و اطلقو النار بكثافة فى الهواء و قامو بغلق الميدان ثم ذهبو الى تمثال السادات و حاولو هدمه و استعانو بلودر فى ذلك و فى ظل اطلاق النار مات اثنين من الاهالى و اكد شاهد عيان اخر ان هؤلاء الملثمين طردو الاهالى من بيوتهم و امطرو القسم بالرصاص من هذه البيوت و قامو ايضا باطلاق النار على مستشفى العريش و قال هذا الشاهد ان هذه كانت خطة كاملة و قام بها اشخاص مدربون على ذلك مؤكدا انهم استخدمو اسلحة جديده تماما مثل مدافع "الجرونوف" و"الفيكرز" و"الآر بى جى" وبعض قاذفات الهاون و التى استخدموها فى ضرب القسم و استمر اطلاق النار بين الشرطة و الجيش و المجهولين الى فجر السبت و لكن كانت المشكلة هو ان الامدادات كانت تاتى لهؤلاء الملثمين من ناحية الشليهات الخلفية فى الوقت الذى لم تاتى فيه اى امدادات للشرطة او الجيش حتى صباح السبت و الان الوضع هدوء حذر فى العريش وسط تأمين صارم لمستشفى العريش و قد استطاعت قوات الجيش القبض على 5 من هؤلاء الملثمين و قد ادت هذه الاشتباكات الى مقتل ضابطين و بعض المدنين و اصابة 19 اخرين
