اعلن المدرب الجديد لمنتخب مصر الأمريكي بوب برادلي أنه سوف يحرص على متابعة أكبر قدر من مباريات الأندية المصرية من الملعب لانه يحب أن يتعرف على مستوى اللاعبين عن قرب، وأنه لن يقتصر ذلك على ناديي الأهلي والزمالك لكنه سيتابع كل الأندية لأنه لابد أن يكون لديه إحساس بالدوري بأكمله، مضيفاً لابد ان يكون لديك عقل مفتوح


وقال مدرب المنتخب الأمريكي السابق خلال تصريحاته التليفزيونية لبرنامج السادسة مساء أنه لم يخطئ في التوقيع لمصر لأنه يعشق التحدي، فهو أول مدرب أمريكي الجنسية يقوم بالتدريب خارج بلاده


وأشار برادلي إلى أنه لم يقرر حتى الآن طريقة اللعب التي سيطبقها مع المنتخب، لكن أعجبه تنفيذ منتخب الشباب لطريقة 4-4-2 أثناء مشاركته في بطولة كأس العالم بكولومبيا، مشدداً على أن الوقت قد حان لبناء فريق جديد لمصر، مشيراً إلى أن اختيار اللاعب صغير السن بحساب حيث لن يتم ضم أي لاعب إلا في الوقت المناسب والملائم حتى لا يقع تحت الضغط بسبب ضمه مبكرا أو تضيع عليه الفرصة في حال تأخر انضمامه


وأضاف برادلي في شأن اختيارات اللاعبين موضحاً أن التوازن مطلوب والجمع بين الخبرة والشباب مطلوب، وأنه سيقوم بالتعرف على اللاعبين ومشاهدتهم والتحدث معهم حتى يتعرف على شخصيتهم، وأكد أنه يتمنى أن يجد لاعبين يفتخروا باللعب لمنتخ بلادهم، ويرحب بوجود اللاعبين أصحاب الخبرات أصحاب القيادة


وعن رأيه في بعض اللاعبين المصريين أكد برادلي أن شيكابالا لاعب الزمالك صاحب موهبة كبيرة لكنه سيكون تحت المنظار والتقييم مثله مثل كل اللاعبين، وأشار إلى أنه يعرف عصام الحضري ومدى كفاءته الكبيرة في حراسة المرمى، بالاضافة إلى الثنائي وائل جمعة وأحمد فتحي لاعبا الأهلي واللذان يجيدان بشكل جيد


وحول رؤيته لمشوار المنتخب في الفترة القادمة أكد برادلي أن فشل المنتخب في التأهل إلى نهائيات كأس الأمم 2012 سيعيد التركيز والهدف الأسمى هو التأهل إلى نهائيات كأس العالم 2014، مشدداً أنه لا يحب تقديم الوعود المسبقه لكنه سيؤدي عمله بكل أمانة


وأوضح برادلي أن مسألة انضمام أحمد حسن لاعب الزمالك للمنتخب من أجل هدف حصوله على لقب عميد لاعبي العالم ليست أكيدة والأمر يحتاج وقت للتفكير مع تقديره الكامل لأهمية الموضوع


وأكد برادلي أن ذهب لحضور تدريبات فريق الأهلي وأنه يحترم مديره الفني البرتغالي مانويل جوزيه مؤكدا أن الاخفاقات الأخيرة لا تقلل منه


وتحدث برادلي عن الإعلام مشيرا إلى أن الإعلام في مصر أشد قسوة من نظيره الأمريكي في التعامل مع الأحداث


وأنهى برادلي تصريحاته مشيرا إلى أنه سيبدأ العمل مع المنتخب خلال أيام بعد عودته من أمريكا التي سيطير إليها من أجل انهاء بعض المتعلقات واصطحاب زوجته و لتقيم معه في مصر

He said the former US team coach during his television program six in the evening that he was not mistaken in the signing of Egypt because he loves the challenge it is the first US national coach of the training outside the country

He pointed out that Bradley has not decided yet to be introduced by way of playing with the team but he liked the implementation of the youth team for the way 4-4-2 during his participation in the World Cup Colombia stressing that the time has come to build a new team to Egypt pointing out that the choice of the player young calculates where you will not be included for any player except in a timely and appropriate so as not to fall under pressure because of him early or miss the opportunity if it was delayed accession

The Bradley regarding the choices of the players explaining that the balance is required and the combination of experience and youth is required it will identify the players and see them and talk to them even recognize their personality and stressed that he hoped to find players proud to play for Mentkh their country and welcomes the presence of the players experienced the owners of the leadership

Asked about some of the Egyptian players  Said Bradley that Shikabala Zamalek player his great talent but he will be under the telescope and evaluation like all the players and noted that he knows Essam Al-Hadari and the efficiency of the great goalkeepers as well as bilateral and Wael Gomaa Ahmed Fathi players and civil who perfected their well

And about his vision of a career-elect in the coming period Bradley confirmed that the team failed to qualify for Nations Cup 2012 will re-focus and ultimate goal is to qualify for the 2014 World Cup stressing that he does not like making promises but previews will work honestly

Bradley explained that the issue of accession of Ahmed Hassan al-Zamalek player for the team for the goal of winning the title of Dean of the players in the world is not sure and needed time to think with a full appreciation of the importance of the subject

The Bradley that he went to attend a training team that respects civil and Portuguese coach Manuel Jose stressing that the recent failures do not reduce it

Bradley spoke about the media pointing out that the media in Egypt more severe than its US counterpart in dealing with juveniles

Bradley ended his remarks pointing out that it will begin working with the team during the days after his return from America which will fly them to end some of the items and take his wife and to live with him in Egypt
