وكانت جولي تتحدث في بهو فندق بالمدينة وأشادت بالمشاركة غير العادية لليبيين العاديين سواء في جيش الثوار أو في المجلس الوطني الانتقالي بينما يسعون لبناء دولتهم

وقالت جولي لرويترز الامر غير العادي هو ان العديد من الناس الذين هم جزء من الحل وكانوا يتولون مناصب حتى في الجيش وتقاعدوا قبل الثورة وعملوا في ادارة مطاعم أو بيع ملابس أطفال تركوا جميعهم أعمالهم هذه وهم الآن يعملون من أجل دولتهم

وأضافت فقدوا جميعا أفرادا من أسرهم تكبدوا خسائر في الارواح بين صفوفهم هم أنفسهم فقدوا أطرافا ورغم ذلك فانهم جميعا يحاربون من أجل شيء يؤمنون به ومن أجل مستقبل البلاد وأبنائهم لذلك فان هذا مؤثرا

وقالت ان زيارتها تهدف الى ابراز محنة المهاجرين والليبيين الذين نزحوا بسبب الحرب

ومضت تقول أنا هنا أيضا من أجل الشعب الليبي للتضامن معه أعتقد أن هذه الثورة قامت من أجل حقوق الانسان وهو ما أعتقد أن هؤلاء الناس قاموا به حقا وسعوا اليه ولمساعدتهم على تنفيذ هذه القوانين الجديدة ولمساعدتهم فيما يتعلق بمستقبل بلدهم

وزارت جولي لاجئين ليبيين في مالطا وفي جزيرة لامبيدوسا الايطالية في يونيو حزيران وتوجهت الى تونس في ابريل نيسان لطلب الدعم الدولي لمن يفرون من الثورة هناك

وجولي سفيرة لمفوضية الامم المتحدة العليا لشؤون اللاجئين ومن المتوقع أن تعلن عن دور أكبر لها قريبا

القاهرة 9 أكتوبر تشرين الأول (رويترز) - قالت وزارة الصحة المصرية إن 23 قتيلا سقطوا في اشتباكات بين قوات من الجيش ومتظاهرين أقباط أمام مبنى التلفزيون في القاهرة من جهة أخرى قال التلفزيون المصري الرسمي في وقت متأخر اليوم الاحد انه جرى فرض حظر التجول في منطقة وسط القاهرة من الثانية صباحا إلى السابعة صباحا

وقالت وكالة أنباء الشرق الاوسط إن حظر التجول تقرر في منطقة ميدان التحرير والشوراع المؤدية إليه اعتبارا من الساعة الثانية صباحا وحتى الساعة السابعة صباحا

ونضم المنطقة التي يشملها الحظر مبني الاذاعة والتلفزيون والشارع المؤدي اليه الذي شهد في وقت سابق اليوم اشتباكات دامية بين متظاهرين اقباط وقوات الامن وتمتد كذلك الى ميدان العباسية المؤدي الى مقر وزارة الدفاع

واضافت الوكالة ان وزارة الداخلية تحذر المواطنين من التحرك في هذه المناطق حتى لا يتعرضوا للمساءلة القانونية

ووقعت الاشتباكات حين تصدت قوات الامن لألوف المتظاهرين الاقباط الذين يحتجون على احداث طائفية وقعت في جنوب البلاد عندما اقتربوا من مبنى الاذاعة والتلفزيون في وسط القاهرة محاولين الاعتصام امامه فيما يبدو
وجاءت أحداث العنف هذه قبل بضعة أسابيع من الانتخابات البرلمانية التي تجرى يوم 28 نوفمبر تشرين الثاني لأول مرة منذ الاطاحة بمبارك

ودعت الحكومة المصرية الى الهدوء وقال رئيس الوزراء عصام شرف انه اتصل بمسؤولي الأمن والكنيسة لاحتواء الموقف وتداعياته

واضاف شرف على الصفحة الرسمية لرئاسة مجلس الوزراء المصري على موقع فيسبوك ان المستفيد الوحيد من هذه التصرفات وأعمال العنف هم أعداء ثورة يناير وأعداء الشعب المصري بمسلميه ومسيحييه

ونظم المسيحيون الذين يشكلون زهاء عشرة في المئة من سكان مصر البالغ عددهم نحو 80 مليون نسمة المسيرة احتجاجا على هدم جزئي لما قالوا إنها كنيسة في قرية بمحافظة أسوان الأسبوع الماضي لكن مسلمين ومسؤولين يقولون إن المبنى كان دار ضيافة حوله المسيحيون في قرية الماريناب إلى كنيسة بدون ترخيص

وطالب المحتجون باقالة محافظ أسوان لاخفاقه في حماية المبنى

وأضرمت النار في أربع مركبات عسكرية على الأقل وأظهرت تغطية تلفزيونية المحتجين وهم يهشمون زجاج سيارات متوقفة وناقلات جند عسكرية تتجه بسرعة كبيرة صوب حشود المحتجين

وسمع دوي إطلاق الرصاص وقال شهود عيان ان حشود المحتجين حملوا جثث القتلى ولم يتضح من الذي يطلق الرصاص

وقال مسيحي يدعى طلعت يوسف (23 عاما) ويعمل تاجرا لرويترز في مكان الأحداث ان المحتجين كانوا يسيرون بشكل سلمي

واضاف يوسف حين وصلنا الى مبنى التلفزيون (الحكومي) بدأ الجيش يطلق ذخيرة حية مضيفا ان مركبات الجيش دهست محتجين وقتلت خمسة ولم يتسن التأكد من صحة عدد القتلى الذي ذكره

وتابع يوسف انه كان من المفترض ان الجيش يحمينا

وتظاهر ألوف المسيحيين في القاهرة والاسكندرية اليوم الأحد بسبب هجوم على كنيسة في أسوان ورددوا هتافات مناهضة للمجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة ورئيسه المشير محمد حسين طنطاوي

وبعد الاشتباكات التي وقعت أمام مبنى التلفزيون تحدثت صحف محلية عن احتجاجات في محافظات يقطنها عدد كبير من المسيحيين ولم يتم التحقق بشأن ذلك من مصدر مستقل

وقال مسؤولون مصريون انهم سيحققون في اسباب أحداث العنف التي وقعت اليوم ودعوا الى الهدوء

وقال وزير الاعلام أسامة هيكل للتلفزيون الحكومي نحن الان في أمس الحاجة للدولة ونحن الان محتاجين للحكمة ونحن في حاجة للوحدة من اي وقت مضى
