جريدة الوفد أن الحكم حتى الآن هو براء المخلوع مبارك وحبيب العادلى فقد أكدت شهادة الأربعة الكبار طنطاوى وعمر سليمان والعيسوى ومحمود وجدى بأنهم لم يتلقوا أى اوامر لإطلاق النار على المتظاهرين وأن بعض الأماكن التى أطلق فيها نيران كانت بهدف حماية أماكن إستراتيجية وحيوية فى الدولة بينما جاءت شهادة الشاهد الثامن المقدم عصام شوقي غير مجدية ولا تدين مبارك والعادلى حيث قال إن العادلي أمر قيادات الداخلية بالتعامل بقوة تصل إلى إطلاق الرصاص على المتظاهرين في الاجتماع الذي عقده بهم قبل جمعة الغضب 28 يناير وأنه جمع معلوماته من مصادر في وزارة الداخلية وأنه شاهد قتل المتظاهرين على الفضائيات مما جعل المحكمة تأخذ شهادته على أنها إستنتاجية وليست واقعية أو مؤيدة بأدلة
أما الشاهد التاسع اللواء حسن عبد الحميد قال إنه حذر العادلي من التعامل بقوة مع المتظاهرين وأكد أنه رفض الدفع بالأمن المركزي في مواجهة حشود المتظاهرين المتوقعة في ميدان التحرير وأنه أكد أن اللواء رمزي قال إنه مستعد لتطبيق الخطة رقم 100 وما هو أقوى منها لمواجهة المظاهرات ولكنه عندما تلقى سؤالا مباشرا من المستشار رفعت حول صدور أوامر بضرب الرصاص قال إنه لم يسمع هذا الأمر

من هم القناصة الذين أطلقوا الرصاص على المتظاهرين في ميدان التحرير؟ وما هي حقيقة انتمائهم للداخلية في ظل النفي القاطع من جانب اللواء منصور عيسوي بوجود قناصة في الوزارة؟ والسؤال الأهم هو لماذا تركز إطلاق الرصاص على المتظاهرين على ميدان التحرير فقط دون بقية ميادين القاهرة؟ ما هي حقيقة الفراغ الأمني الذي حدث قبل غروب شمس 28 يناير؟ هل كان متعمدا أم أنه كان عفويا؟ هل كانت الهجمات على الأقسام والسجون من فعل النظام السابق لإحداث فوضى أمنية أم أنها بتخطيط مسبق للقضاء على الشرطة؟ كيف نجحت عناصر حماس وحزب الله في تهريب عناصر لهما في السجون المصرية؟ هل كانت فرق التهريب متواجدة في القاهرة انتظارا لساعة الصفر وهي بداية الثورة أم أنها دخلت عبر الحدود بعد الفراغ الأمني؟
ما هي حقيقة السيارة التابعة للسفارة الأمريكية التي دهست المتظاهرين في شارع قصر العيني وكيف خرجت من السفارة أساسا؟هل كانت الثورة سلمية بيضاء كما تصورناها جميعا أم أن هناك عناصر أخرى لعبت فيها دورا آخر كي تحقق هدفها المنشود؟هل صدرت أوامر للجيش بإطلاق الرصاص على المتظاهرين كما قال المشير فى حفل كلية الشرطة "كان القرار جماعيا وقلنا جميعا لا نفتح نيران على الشعب"أم أن هذا كان قرارا مسبقا بأن الجيش لن يتورط في أي مواجهة مع المتظاهرين بعد نزول قواته إلى الشارع إبان الثورة؟
