فبعد ان اطلق الشيخ محمد حسان مبادرة المعونة المصرية والتي تهدف الي جمع التبرعات حتي تكون بديلا عن المعونة الامريكية لمصر صرح فضيلة الشيخ خلال المؤتمر الذي اقيم في السويس تحت عنوان انقاذ سوريا عن مبادرة جديدة لدعم شعب سوريا الصامد امام النظام الديكتاتوري الغاشم ورئيسه بشار الاسد وذلك عن طريق جمع تبرعات ولو جنيه واحد حتي يتمكن جيش سوريا الحر تسليح نفسه ومقاومة النظام

واكد الشيخ محمد حسان علي ان النظام المصري الحالي لابد ان يدعم الشعب السوري ويشعره انه يقف بجانبه ضد الطاغية بشار الاسد الذي قتل اكثر من 10 آلاف من الشعب السوري البرئ

اجتمع اليوم السيت الموافق 3مارس 2012 مجلس الشعب ومجلس الشورى بكل اعضاءه المعينين والمنتخبين واتى ذلك الاجتماع لانتخاب لجنة تأسيسية مكونة من 100 فرد لوضع الدستور المصرى الجديد فى قاعة المؤتمرات حتى يتسع لجميع الاعضاء فى المجلسى حيث فى البداية قال الدكتور محمد سعد الكتاتنى رئيس مجلس الشعب المصرى كلمة تضمنت فى بدايتها مهزلة ما حدث مساء يوم الاربعاء الماضى من سفر المتهمين الامريكيين فى قضية التمويل الاجنبى لبعض المنظمات الاهلية الغير حكومية فى مصر بدون تراخيص وقال سوف يخصص المجلس جلسة خاصة يوم الاحد الموافق 11 مارس 2012 بحضور حكومة الجنزورى لمحاسبة الجناة الحقيقيين فى تلك القضية

ثم قال بعد ذلك الدكتور محمد سعد الكتاتنى بعد ان شاء الله سبحانه وتعالى وارادته ثم ارادة الشعب ان يتحمل مجلسى الشعب والشورى اعباء جسيمة بعد ثورة 25 يناير اللذى باركها الله واللتى لا يشهد العالم ثورة بسلميتها حيث تميز الشعب المصرى بتميز ثورته ومرت مصر بعدها بعواصب كثيرة الا ان الشعب المصرى استطاع ان يتصدى لها ثم اكد الدكتور الكتاتنى بان نواب مجلسى الشعب والشورى من اهم اعمالهم الان استكمال مطالب ثورة 25 يناير 2011 واسترجاع حقوق كل مظلوم وكل متطلبات الثورة واللتى ستبداء يوم السبت القادم بفتح باب ترشيح انتخابات الجمهورية

ثم تحدث بعد ذلك الدكتور محمد سعد الكتاتنى عن جدول وضع الدستور المصرى الجديد تمهيدا لاستفتاء الشعب عليه وال بان اليوم يعتبر يوما مهما من انجازات الثورة المصرية وتحقيق اهم مطلب فيها وهو دستور وطنى من اجل مصر يحقق عدالتها الاجتماعية ثم ارسل بعد ذلك الدكتور محمد سعد الكتاتنى رسائل مهمة الى عدة جهات حيث ارسل فى كلامه رسالة الى الشعب المصرى ورسالة الى الامن المصرى ورسالة الى الجيش المصرى ورسالة الى كل دول العالم وفقا لسياسة مصر العليا قائلا بان مصر لن تركع ابدا لاى ابتزاز سياسى ثم ارسل رسالة الى المصريين فى الخارج وامرهم رفع رؤسهم عاليا يفتخرون بمصريتهم ولا يقللون من شانهم امام الاخرين

وانتقل بعد ذلك الدكتور محمد سعد الكتاتنى الى الحديث عن الدستور المصرى وتكلم عن مراحله على مر العصور السابقة حيث قال بان اول دستور مصرى كان عام 1882 صدر عن مجلس النواب المنتخب من الشعب ثم دستور 1932 تولت وضعه لجنة الثلاتين ثم دستور 1930 انفردت الحكومة بوضعة وانتهى العمل بالغائه ثم دستور 1956 اعد مشروعه مجلس الوزراء وعرض على الجيش ثم دستور 1958 اعلنه رئيس الجمهورية فى دمشق بين البلدين ثم الدستور المؤقت 1964 اصدره رئيس الجمهورية ثم الاستفتاء ثم دستور 1971 اللذى شكله مجلس الامة عن طريق لجنة الثمانين ثم قال بعد ذلك الدكتور محمد سعد الكتاتنى ان هذه هى الطرق اللتى عرفتها مصر فى الاعوام السابقة وان اليوم يعتبر الاسلوب الوحيد اللذى تبنى عليه الحرية والديموقراطية وتستخدمه اكثر دول العالم وقال بان العدالة والمساواة اهم ما فى الدستور حيث ان اللجنة اليوم هى اللجنة اللتى ستضع لمصر الديموقراطية

واضاف مكاوى انه مع اسامه بن لادن لفترة ولكنه اختلف معه بعد ذلك لاعتراضه على افكاره ولأحساسه ان بن لادن اصبح تابع لامريكا
ثم حكى مكاوى قصة تركه لمصر
حيث انه كان ضابطا فى القوات المسلحة المصرية وبعد اتفاقية كامب ديفيد قدم استقالته اعتراضا على تلك الاتفاقية
ثم تم اعتقاله بعدها عدة مرات من قبل الجهات الامنية
حتى ترك البلاد وسافر لليعودبة ومنها لافغانستان للجهاد ضد روسيا
وقال انه متزوج ولدية خمسة ابناء
