قال الدكتور على السلمى، نائب رئيس الوزراء للتنمية السياسية والتحول الديمقراطى، إن جماعة الإخوان المسلمين وكل الأحزاب السياسية ستحضر المؤتمر المقرر عقده، الثلاثاء، لوضع المبادئ الأساسية للدستور، مشيراً إلى أن سعد الكتاتنى، عضو جماعة الإخوان، أبلغه على موافقتهم على حضور المؤتمر
وأضاف السلمى، خلال لقائه عدد محدوداً من الصحفيين، اليوم، أن الحكومة تقف على مسافة واحدة من كل الأحزاب والفصائل السياسية، وأنها تهدف إلى غجراء انتخابات نزيهة لتلافى سلبيات العهد السابق
وأكد أنه سيناقش مع القوى السياسية وضع المبادئ الأساسية للدستور، قائلاً: هذه المبادئ ليست وصاية على الأحزاب أو الشعب، ولكنها تعبير عن مطلب وطنى يحتاج إلى توافق خلال المرحلة المقبلة، مشيرا إلى أن هذه المبادئ ستشكل ضمانات لإقامة دولة ديمقراطية ومدنية ودولة قانون
فى سياق آخر، قال السلمى إن قانون إفساد الحياة السياسية، الغدر سيصدر خلال أيام بعد أن وصل لمراحله النهائية بين مجلس الوزراء والمجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة مشيرا إلى أن هذا القانون سيصدر قبل الانتخابات البرلمانية وسيطبق على جميع القيادات والمواطنين الذين ثبت إفسادهم للحياة السياسية وفق الإجراءات القضائية
وأكد أنه تم الأخذ فى الاعتبار التهديدات التى صدرت من البعض لإفساد الانتخابات القادمة وسيتم التصدى لهم من خلال القانون
وأضاف أن كلمة الغدر سيئة ومنفرة، وتخوف منها الناس على خلفية ما حدث فى عام 1952، ولذلك تم تغييره إلى قانون إفساد الحياة السياسية
وأشار إلى أن الأحداث خلال الأيام الماضية «أثبتت أن الفلول والراغبين فى القضاء على الثورة يلعبون دورا كبيرا فى إفشال الحياة السياسية وإثارة جموع الناس
وفيما يتعلق بأزمة القضاة والمحامين، أكد السلمى أن قانون السلطة القضائية لم يتعدَّ كونه مقترحا حتى الآن، ولم يتم عرضه على مجلس الوزراء ولا المجلس العسكرى
وقال: الخلاف المزعوم بين القضاة والمحامين خلاف له جوانب أغلبها مصطنعة وتحركه عناصر تخريبية لا تنتمى للمحامين ولا للهيئة القضائية»، مشيرا إلى أن هذه الأزمة ناتجة عن مزايدات انتخابية، وأن المادة 18 من قانون السلطة القضائية «لم تكن لتثير هذا الموقف لدى المحامين والقضاة إذا لم تتدخل العناصر التخريبية وأججت الصراع بين الطرفين
وأضاف أن الحكومة ليست فى طرف المحامين ولا القضاة، ولكنها تعمل على حل الأزمة بما فيه مصلحة البلد ومصالح الطرفين
وقال السلمى إن مستقبل مصر على المحك، ولا بد أن تتضافر جهود الجميع من أجل عبور المرحلة المقبلة
وحول ملف مؤسسات الصحفية القومية، قال: الملف مطروح بكامله على اجتماع المجلس الأعلى للصحافة عقب العيد، والذى سيتم خلاله إعادة النظر فى الأمور الخاصة بالملكية والتقييم والمعايير الخاصة باختيار القيادات وقانون الصحافة
وأكد أنه واثق من أن المصريين يتمتعون بالذكاء فى عدم اختيار أشخاص خلال الانتخابات القادمة تورطوا فى إفساد الحياة السياسية وبددوا ثروات البلد ومكنوا الفساد والطغيان فى الأرض والشعب

He stressed that taking into account the threats issued by some to disrupt the upcoming elections will be addressed to them by law
He added that the word perfidy bad and offensive and the fear of people on a background of what happened in 1952 and therefore the law was changed to corruption of political life

With regard to the crisis of judges and lawyers said that the law of peaceful judicial power of only being proposed so far has not been presented to the Council of Ministers of the Council and the military
He said: the dispute alleged conflict between judges and lawyers dispute has aspects of the most artificial and driven by subversive elements do not belong to the lawyers and the judiciary» pointing out that this crisis caused by outbidding election and that Article 18 of the Judiciary Law «were not to provoke this attitude among lawyers and judges If you do not interfere with subversive elements and fueled the conflict between the parties
