بعد انقطاع كبير عن محاكمة مبارك وتوقف سير الدعوى اليوم صباح الاربعاء تستكمل محكمة جنايات القاهرة برئاسة المستشار احمد رفعت الاربعاء المقبل محاكمة الرئيس المصري السابق حسني مبارك ونجليه علاء وجمال ووزير الداخلية الاسبق حبيب العادلي وستة من كبار مساعديه ويرجع سبب ايقاف المحاكمة الى محامى الدفاع المدنى طلب وتم رفضة من المحكمة وغرامة 6 الاف جنية على المحامى ويستعد وزير الداخلية اللواء محمد ابراهيم مع قوات الجيش لتأمين القاعة عن طريق اكثر من 5الاف شرطى ومجند والهدف الاساسى هو تأمين مبارك من المركز الطبى حتى القاعة وبعد انتهاء المحكمة نقلة الى المركز الطبى مرة اخرى بالاضافة الى 20 سيارة مصفحة و30 مدرعة لتأمين السيارات المصفحة في خطة التأمين التي تتضمن كذلك تأمين هيئة المحكمة والانتشار الامني حول اسوار الاكاديمية فضلا عن اعداد محاور بديلة وتغيير بعض مسارات شوارع وطرق رئيسية اثناء مرور المتهمين على تلك الطرق
ونتذكر ان الجلسات الاخيرة كانت سرية واستمعت الى شهادة المشير طنطاوى ووزير الداخلية السابق منصور العيسوى واللواء عمر سليمان واللواء محمود وجدى ومحاكمة اليوم من اجل تأجيل الدعوى لحين سماع شهادة الفريق سامى عنان وطالب بعض المحامين بزيارة المحكمة المستشفى فجاة لمعرفة اذا كان مبارك يستطيع السير على قدمة ام لا

حيث من المتوقع ان نشهد اليوم صراع كبير بين محامى القضية حيث اكد المسئولين عن دفاع مبارك وعلى رأسهم الديب ان ماحدث خلال ال 3 اشهر ماضية من احداث محمد محمود ومجلس الوزراء هو دليل براءة مبارك واننا سوف نستعين بتلك الواقعة فى القضية بينما على الجانب الاخر اكد ياسر سيد أحمد محامي أسر الشهداء بأنه سوف يقدم حافظة مستندات بحصر أعداد المصابين والمتوفين المرسل أوراقهم بالقضية والمدرجين بالاسطوانة المدمجة والمسلمة الي المحامين بأمر القاضي لكي يبين مدي الضرر الناجم عن الخطأ الوارد من المتهمين تجاه المجني عليهم لبيان كيفية الاصابة وطريق حدوثها ومكان الواقعة، وان هذا البيان يوضح مدي كل حالة بالأوراق المرسلة من النيابة إلي المحكمة والتي اتضح انها أرسلت أوراق لمائة حالة وفاة فقط و700 حالة اصابة فقط من جميع أنحاء الجمهورية، وأن باقي هذه الأوراق لم يدرج بالاسطوانة المذكورة، وأن هذا الحصر قد يفيد في تحجيم بعض المندسين من المحامين الذين يندسوا بين المدعين بالحق المدني لتشويه صورتهم وتعطيل سير القضية، وسوف يطلب الدفاع الزام المحامين المدعين بالحق المدني بتقديم توكيلاتهم عن الحالات المدرجة بالقضية لتحديد صفاتهم القانونية في الحضور، وكذلك نكون مستعدين لما ثار من اشاعة حول ان الرئيس السابق يطالب بضم شريط أحداث محمد محمود ومجلس الوزراء الأخيرة الي القضية لمحاولة اثبات براءته فإن هذا الأمر يختلف تماما عن احداث ثورة يناير ومسئوليته الحتمية عن اعطاء الأوامر لقادته المتهمين به
اعلن عادل عدوى مساعد وزير الصحة للشؤون العلاجية بخصوص محاكمة مبارك اليوم ان هناك استعداد خاص عن طريق 14 سيارة اسعاف وعيادتين متنقلتين لتأمين محاكمة مبارك بشكل كامل حيث يتم تركيز 7 سيارات اسعاف مجهزة بأكاديمية الشرطة والمناطق القريبة منها بينما 7 سيارات اخرى على بعد 2 كم من الأكاديمية لتأمين المواطنين والقضاة والمحامين والإعلاميين
