نتائج التحقيق مع العدالى اكدت بان الرصاص كان حى الذى استخدم فى قتل المتظاهرين وليش خرطيش فارغة

قضية قتل المتظاهرين و المتهم فيها وزير الداخلية السابق حبيب العادلي ومعاونية الستة لاتحتوي فوارغ رصاص حي او تسجيلات حسبما صرح محاموا المتهمين و المدعون بالحق المدني والذين ابدوا استيائهم من عدم تواجد اي اسلحة من المستخدمة في قتل المتظاهرين والتي تستخدم لاطلاق الرصاص الحي او اي فوارغ للرصاص الحي واقتصرت الاحراز المتواجدة على :
    بنادق خرطوش خاصة بقطاع اللواء أحمد شوقى للأمن المركزي و70 طلقة من فارغ طلقات الخرطوش تم العثور عليها أمام مبنى الجامعة الامريكية يوم 28 يناير الماضي وسلمها المسئول عن الأمن للنيابة العامة يوم 2 فبراير .

وذكر محاموا المتهمين انه انتشر اشاعه تفيد بتواجد تسجيل صوتي يفيد بان حبيب العادلي يعطي امرا مباشرا لمدير قطاع الامن المركزي وهو مانفاه المحامون ووثفوة انه مجرد اشاعه لاصحة لها
