Today after a long wait by Field Marshal Mohamed Hussein Tantawi the adoption of a decree reducing the minimum and maximum wage where we offer a copy of this Decree
اليوم وبعد طول انتظار قام المشير محمد حسين طنطاوي باعتماد مرسوم بالحد الادني والاقصي للاجور حيث نعرض نسخة من هذا المرسوم بعد ان وافق علية كل من المشير طنطاوي ورئاسة مجلس الوزراء حيث اصدر المرسوم برقم 242 لعام 2011 وجاء في نص هذا المرسوم عدد 5 مواد جاء ملخص هذة المواد كالتالي :
المادة الاولي : الا يزيد الحد الاقصي لدخل اي شخص يتقاضي رابتة من اي وظيفة حكومية عن 35 ضعف الحد الادني وذلك باجمالي كل ما يتقاضاة سواء مرتب او حوافز او اجور اضافية او غيرها
المادة الثانية : جميع الموظفين المتقاضين اكبر من هذا الحد من المال والذي يزيد الحد الاقصي عن 35 ضعف الحد الادني ستؤول الزيادة الي خزينة الدولة وسوف يكون ملزك هذا الموظف بردها الي خزينة الدولة قبل مرور 30 يوم من انتهاء السنة المالية مصحوبا باقرار منة بما تقاضاة بالزيادة
المادة الثالثة : تقرير غرامة مالية عالية لكل من يتهاون او يتاخر او يمتنع عن تقديم اقرارة فى هذا الشان فى الموعد المحدد او عدم رد المبالغ لاتقل عن 25% ولاتزيد عن 100% مما حصل علية عن دخل بالزيادة عن الحد الاقصى

Article One: not exceed the maximum income of any person shall receive Rapth from any government job for 35 times the minimum and the total of all remuneration whether salary or wages or additional incentives or other
Article II: All staff litigants greater than this limit of money and the ceiling is about 35 times the minimum Stúl increase to the state treasury will be Mlzak the employee their response to the state treasury before the passage of 30 days from the end of the fiscal year accompanied by the passage of it including working overtime increase
Article III: report of a high fine for each of the careless or delayed or refrain from providing its approval to that effect at the time specified or failure to respond amounts to less than 25% and not more than 100% than it was for income in excess of the maximum
