الأول سيقوم به الشباب من الألف إلي الياء في ميدان التحرير حيث تم التنسيق مع وزارة الثقافة وشباب الثورة علي أن تكون احتفالية فنية وشعبية وفلكلورية وسيفعل الشباب كل ما يرونه دون تدخل من القوات المسلحة أو وزارة الداخلية ونقول للشباب احتفلوا بيوم الثورة في 25 يناير من كل عام بالشكل الذي يتراءي لكم وسوف يكون ذلك يوم 25 يناير

الثانى احتفالية رسمية بروتوكولية تشبه احتفالات القوات المسلحة بأعياد اكتوبر وثورة يوليو وسوف تكون فى صورة إحتفالية غنائية كبيرة جدا وأوبريت يشارك فيه 13 مطرب كلهم مصريون وأنه سوف تكون هناك فرقة شعبية سوف تقدم رقصات شعبية مصحوبة بأغانى لفلكلور كل محافظة من محافظات مصر وذلك تكريما للمحافظات التى شاركت فى ثورة 25 يناير وهى كل المحافظات تقريبا وأن كلمات الأغانى سوف تتناسب مع لهجة وفلكلور كل محافظة وأن هذه الحفلة سوف تكون يوم 29 يناير
الثالث فسيكون لعدد من رجال الأعمال حيث تم الاتفاق مع شركات فالكون لعمل احتفالية شعبية كبيرة يوم 10 فبراير بمناسبة التنحي يوم 11 فبراير الماضي بالاضافة إلي أنه يوافق أول بيان للمجلس العسكري الذي أعلن فيه أنه في حال انعقاد دائم
وقال اللواء عتمان أن الاحتفالية ستتضمن مباراة كرة قدم لفريق المعاقين الذي حصل علي كاس العالم مؤخرا كرمز لمصابى الثورة بحضور مجموعة من الرياضيين والفنانين ثم يتم إقامة مباراة كرة قدم وكان من ضمن المقترحات فريق أوروبي أو عربي وتم عمل الاتصالات مع عدة فرق وكان الاصرار علي أن يكون منتخب تونس الشقيق لنتشارك الاحتفال بالثورة معا وقد تم إبلاغ إتحاد الكرة المصرى والمجلس القومى الرياضى لبدء عملية الإتفاق على هذه المباراة وأنه أيضا سوف يتبع المباراة فى الإستاد إحتفالية كبيرة سوف يشارك فيها مطربين من كل دول الربيع العربى أى من تونس وليبيا وبالطبع مصر وكذلك سوف يتم تكريم ثلاث أسر من أسر الشهداء واحدة من مصر وأخرى من تونس وأخرى من ليبيا وذلك رمزا للتلاحم من الشعوب الثلاثة وثوراتهم
كما أكد اللواء عتمان أن القوات الجوية سوف تشارك بعروض كبيرة وقوية فى مختلف محافظات مصر وسوف تقوم الطائرات بإسقاط كروت تحتوى على جوائز كبيرة يقوم المواطن بصرفها من مقر المحافظة
