هيئة القضاء العسكرية توكد أن الناشطة أسماء محفوظ سوف تحاكم أمام المحكمة العسكرية نهاية الاسبوع القادم في القضية رقم 55 لسنة 2011 إداري عام المدعى العام العسكري، وذلك في تهمة السب والقذف والتحريض على أعمال مسلحة.
وأوضح المصدر ان المحكمة العسكرية تعد خطابا لتحديد الموعد وارساله على عنوان إقامة اسماء لإعلامها بموعد الحضور أمامها.
وكانت النيابة العسكرية قد أفرجت على أسماء محفوظ على ذمة التحقيقات بكفالة 20 ألف جنيه وقامت بإحالتها للمحكمة.
