تم طى صفحة القضية التى اثارت الرأى العام فى مصر وتم الحكم على موظفى شركة موبينيل لخدمات المحمول فى مصر بعد ثبوت أتهامهم بتمرير المكالمات الدولية المصرية لأسرئيل وهذه القضية التى عرفت بأسم قضية الجاسوس الأردنى وقد كانت القضية بأن نيابة أمن الدولة العليا طوارئ قد أحالت المتهمين والموظفين فى شركة موبينيل وهم إسكندر ش - ومحمود ج - وطارق م - وشادى ف بعد ضبطهم من خلال شهود وأعترافات أخرين عليهم بأنهم يعملوا مع جهة مجهولة ببتمرير المكالمات الدولية للخارج ويعتبر هذا الفعل فى القانون المصرى مخالف ويقع المسئول تحت طائلة القانون وقد حكمت المحكمة على المتهم الأول بالحبس 3 سنوات مع الشغل وكفالة 20 ألف جنيه ومعاقبة المتهمين الثانى والثالث والرابع بالسجن 5 سنوات مع الشغل وكفالة 20 ألف جنيه لإيقاف تنفيذ العقوبة وقضت بتغريم المتهم الأول والثانى مبلغ 200 ألف جنيه والأربعة متهمين الآخرين مبلغ 50 ألف جنيه وإلزامهم بأن يسددوا 210 آلاف و918 جنيهًا إلى الشركة المصرية للاتصالات متضامنين سوياً وأيضاً قضت المحكمة بإلزام جميع المتهمين بسداد مبلغ 10 آلاف وواحد جنيه على سبيل التعويض المدنى المؤقت لشركة موبينيل
