أعلنت هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية التابعة لوزارة الأسكان والتعمير عن طرح أراضٍ جديدةبنظام القرعة العلنية الخميس المقبل الموافق 24-5-2012 في 4 مدن جديدة من بينها مدينتين في الصعيد هما أسيوط الجديدة وذلك لأهالي محافظتي أسيوط وسوهاج وطيبة الجديدة لأهالي محافظتي الأقصر وأسوان بعدد 6267 قطعة
تتراوح المساحات بين 209 و 276 مترا
وأسعار تتراوح بين 380 إلى 690 جنيها للمتر الواحد
حيث سيطرح 1500 قطعة في مدينة السادات
و385 قطعة في مدينة برج العرب الجديدة لأهالي محافظات الإسكندرية والبحيرة وكفر الشيخ
و3537 قطعة في مدينة أسيوط الجديدة
و845 قطعة في مدينة طيبة الجديدة
إجراءات الحجز
يتم في جميع فروع بنك التعمير والإسكان على مستوى مصر وفقا لبطاقة الرقم القومي أو شهادة الميلاد أو محل العمل، وفقا للتأمينات الاجتماعية
على أن يتم سداد 10 آلاف جنيه كمقدم حجز للقطعة
ويتم استكمال باقي القيمة المحددة بـ 25% من القيمة الإجمالية، للبنك
ويتم سداد الباقي على 4 سنوات دون فوائد تبدأ بعد الاستلام بعام
وسيتم بناء أرضى و3 أدوار متكررةعلى القطعة
بمساحة من 120 إلى 148 متر مربع للدور الواحد، وفقا للنماذج المحددة التي ستسلمها أجهزة المدن للمستفيدين مجانا وهى "ملزمة" للجميع
