وستقوم الوزارة بتوجيه جزء من عائد هذا البرنامج لتطوير الطرق المؤدية للمواقع بتكلفة إجمالية 300 مليون دولار
فبعد ان اصبح للمصريين فى الخارج حق التصويت يصبح لهم الأن حق تملك أراضي مخصصة لهم في مصر عن طريق مشروع يبدئه وزارة الإسكان في مارس المقبل بطرح أربعين ألف قطعة أرض في مناطق مختلفة بالجهمورية
المدن التى ستطرح بها هذه الأراضى للمصريين فى الخارج هى
"القاهرة الجديدة فى منطقة متميزة يطل جزء منها على طريق السويس الصحراوى
والطريق الدائرى الأوسط الإقليمى وتقع قبل مدينة "مدينتى"
مدينة الشيخ زايد وهى من آخر القطع بالمدينة، وتقع بالمكان المتميز بجوار مدينة زويل العلمية
مدينة بدر فى منطقة متميزة على طريق السويس الصحراوى ومواجهة لمدينة مدينتى، دمياط الجديدة بمنطقة متميزة تطل على البحر
ومدينة المنيا الجديدة فى منطقة متميزة تطل على النيل
مساحة القطعة
تتراوح بين 700 و800 متر مربع للقطعة
وهناك بعض القطع تصل مساحتها إلى 1000 و1200 متر مربع للقطعة طبقا للتخطيط والنواصى والدورانات
سعر المتر
سيبدأ من 200 دولار وحتى 675 دولارا للمتر الواحد وفقا لنسبة تميز قطعة الأرض
طريقة السداد
ستكون بأن يتم دفع 50% من ثمن الأرض دفعة مقدمة نقدآ
وتدفع الـ50% المتبقية على عامين
وهناك ميزة سيتم إضافتها على الجزء الثانى من ثمن الأرض وهى خصم 10% من الـ50% المتبقية فى حالة الدفع النقدى لهذا الجزء على مرة واحدة
شروط الحجز
أن يتمتع المتقدم للحجز بالجنسية المصرية
و أن يتم الدفع بالدولار بتحويل من الخارج، حيث سيتم التخصيص بأسبقية التحويل للبنك المركزى والحجز للأرض
حيث سيتم فتح حساب بالبنك المركزى مخصص لهذا الغرض سيتم التحويل عليه
