Unexpectedly Chancellor Tariq human he has no right to the Council to extend the military
فى مفاجأه غير متوقعه اعلن المستشار طارق البشرى انه لايحق للمجلس العسكرى تمديد قانون الطؤارى الا بأستفتاء شعبى حسب نص ماده القانون 59 من الاعلان الدستورى الذى يحكم به مصر حاليا وأكد ان قانون الطوارىء قد اعتبر منتهيا بحلول اليوم 20 سبتمبر 2011
وكان المستشار طارق البشرى وهو الخبير القانونى ويشغل رئيس الجمعيه العموميه للفتوى والتشريع فى مجلس الدوله سابقا وقد رأس اللجنه الدستوريه التى صاغت التعديلات الدستوريه التى تم عليها الاستفتاء الشعبى بعد الثوره فى 19 مارس 2011
وقد اكد انه لايجوز للمجلس العسكرى مد حاله الطوارىء مستندا فى هذا ان الاعلان الدستورى الذى بدأ فى 20 مارس 2011 نص به انه لايجوز امتداد حاله الطوارىء اكثر من 6 اشهر واذا كانت الحاجه ملحه لمده فعلى السلطات ان تلجأ للاستفتاء شعبى لذلك والشعب وحده من يملك الموافقه من عدمها على مد القانون وبحسبه بسيطه نرى ان اليوم الاربعاء 21 سبتمبر يكون قد اكتملت السته اشهر بالامس ولايجوز ان يستمر العمل بقانون الطوارىء وكان المستشار قد صرح هذا التصريح لقناه الجزيره مباشر مصر التى يتم بثها الان من الدوحه بعد غلق مكتبها بالقاهره لعدم حصولها على ترخيص الى الان
