بمغادرة القاهرة فورا والعودة الي الكويت وذلك بعد ما كشف السفير الكويتي بالقاهرة عن تقرير يؤكد فية تعرض العلاقات الكويتية المصرية للانهيار واتخذ المحامين حجة ان محاكمة مبارك اصبحت محاكمة سرية لذلك فلا داعي لتواجدهم واكد السفير الكويتي ان وفد المحامين الكويتيين ممكن ان يتسبب في صدمة شديدة في العلاقات بين كلا البلدين والمثير في الامر ان المحامين الكويتيين غادروا بعد ان عقدوا العديد من اللقاءات مع شهود قضية مبارك والعادلي وعرض وفد المحامين علي الشهود تقديم بعض المساعدات المالية مقابل تغييرهم للهادة وذلك بحسب ما اكدت جريدة روز اليوسف ويذكر ان تكاليف الوفد الكويتي منذ وصولة الي مغادرتة 3.5 مليون جنية مصري ولا يعرف فيما دفعت هذة الاموال
