تفاصيل قضية احادث بورسعيد كاملة قامت النيابة العامة منذ قليل بإحالة المتورطين فى أحداث بورسعيد والتى أعقبت مباراة الأهلى والمصرى البورسعيدى والذين بلغ عددهم 73 متهم من بينهم 9 رجال شرطة منهم 5 قيادات أمنية وهم اللواء عصام سمك مدير أمن بورسعيد السابق واللواء عبد العزيز فهمي مدير الأمن المركزي واللواء بكر هاشم مساعد مدير الأمن للوحدات واللواء كمال جاد الرب مساعد المدير للأمن بالنادي واللواء مصطفى الرزاز مفتش المباحث الجنائيةو3 من قيادات النادى المصرى وهم محسن شتا مدير عام المصري ومحمد البرنس مسؤول الأمن بالنادي وتوفيق ملكان مهندس الكهرباء باستاد المصري ومنهم أيضا طفلين تم إحالتهما لمحكمة الطفل وقد اكد المستشار عادل السعيد المتحدث الرسمي باسم النيابة العامة إن (التحقيقات كشفت أن الحادث كان مدبرا من جانب روابط مشجي النادي المصري وبعض المسجلين ومحترفي العنف والبلطجية وأن الاستاد كان ممتلئًا بالأسلحة البيضاء والمفرقعاتوقد أكد قرار الإحالة أن حالات الوفاة حدثت بأسلحة بيضاء وإلقاء البعض من فوق أسوار المدرجات وذلك بالرغم من أن الطب الشرعى أعلن أكثر من مرة فيما سبق أن حالات الوفاة جاءت نتيجة التدافع والتزاحم
وقد وجهت النيابة للمتهمين تهمة القتل العمد وضرب أدى إلى الموت والتسبب في القتل وإتلاف منشات عامة
