للسد العالى واجزم ان حينما بنى السد العالى كانت به خطأ بانه لم يعمل له هاويس وهو السد الوحيد الذى لايوجد به هاويس وبدون الدخول فى مسائل فنيه قد لايفهمها معظمنا ادى هذا الخطأ لتجمع الطمى على جسم بحيره ناصر وتقدم الدكتور بمشروع لايستوعبه العقل ولايستطيع عقولنا ان تأخذه مأخذ الجد انه الحلم الكبير والحل المثالى لكل مايقابلنا اليوم من صعوبات وفى حاله تنفيذه ستكون مصر من اغنى دول العالم وقد تكون الاولى فى ارتفاع مستوى معيشه الفرد وحتى نستطيع التركيز نبدأ من البدايه

تاون فى الولايات المتحده الامريكيه ويبدأ فكره مشروعه عند سماعه عن شركه أجنبيه تدرس رفع الطمى من جدران السد الذى يهدد سلامه السد بسبب تراكمه بسبب العيب السابق ذكره وهو عدم عمل هاويس للسد يقول الدكتور انه بدء البحث عندما اعلن الدكتور مينا اسكندررئيس مجلس اداره السد العالى عام 1996 ان الطمى المتراكم يحتوى عللى نسبه كبيره من الدهب وبالفعل قامت سفينه ابحاث من استراليا لاخذ عينات وتم تحلياها وكانت المفاجأه انه يوجد ذهب وبلاتين بكثافه كبيره ويؤكد الدكتور ان السد العالى يرقد على تل من الذهب والبلاتين وانه يمكنه ان يستخرجطن ذهب وطن بلاتين يوميا بخلاف الطمى الذى لو تم توزيعه على اراضى صحراويه تكفى لزرع 40 مليون فدان وعند سؤاله عن المبلغ الذى يحتاجه لاقامه هذا المشروع اجاب 50 مليون دولار فقط وهو بالنسبه لقيمه المشروع مبلغ زهيد جدا حيث انه فى حاله العمل بالمشروع سنحصل فى المقابل بأطنان من الدهب ويكفى ان تعلموا ان نصيف الفرد رغم عدد
