و على خلفية هذا الحادث المفزع ، أمر رئيس نيابة مركز الجيزة سمير سامي المباحث بالاسراع في التحريات في شأن هذه الواقعة و قد تضمن محضر النيابة العامة الذي حرره وكيل النيابة موسى نبيل العثور على 60 فارغا لبندقية آلية
العملية و نجاح الملثمين بالفرار كلهم أمور تربك و تجعل الانسان يخشى من أن يتطور الامر الى محاولات الى زعزعة الاستقرار
