تجرى الان اشتباكات حادة بين التراس النادى الاهلى وبين قوات الامن المركزى المتواجدة امام مقر وزارة الداخلية بميدان لاظوغلى حيث قد توجه عدد كبيرة من مشجعى النادى الاهلى الى مقر وزارة الداخلية من شارع الفلكى ومن شارع محمد محمود والذى الى الان مازل به حواجز اسمنتية بخلاف المئات من الالتراس المتواجدين الان بشارع مجلس الشعب ومقر رئاسة مجلس الوزراء وتم اطلاق نيران مكثفة وغازات مسيلة للدموع نحو شباب الالتراس المتواجدين الان والذين ذهبوا الى مقر الوزارة لاقتحامها للاخذ بثأر زملائهم الذين قد قتلوا امس واصيب منهم المئات بعد انتهاء مبارة النادى الاهلى والنادى المصرى بمحافظة بورسعيد

سيارة أمن مركزي يقوم الثوار بحمايتها بمن فيها من المجندين بعد أن ترك السائق السيارة و أخذ معه مفاتيحها و يحرس السيارة عدد من الثوار .... و يهتفون  الثوار مش بلطجية  و يطالبون المتظاهرين المتواجدين بالذهاب إلى التحرير

الشباب مقابل الشارع المؤدي لوزارة الداخلية  وانسحاب قوات الامن المركزي باتجاه وزارة الداخلية ومن ثم حدوث عدد من الاشتباكات  واطلاق عدد من القنابل المسيلة للدموع باتجاه المتظاهرين

وصلت مسيرة من الالتراس الي شارع محمد محمود و اشعلوا الشماريخ و هتافات الشعب يريد اعدام المشير و يسقط يسقط حكم العسكر ومن الجدير بالذكر ان الصفحة الرسمية للألتراس نفت وجود أحد من الألتراس في محيط وزارة الداخلية

وفور علم مديرية امن الجيزة بالحادثة تواصل جهودها حتى الان لضبط الخاطفين فى اقرب وقت ممكن وانقاذ الطفلين

و سبب شغب كبير صاحبه اطلاق اعيرة نارية في الهواء و اصيب 7 اشخاص تقريبا بجروح مختلفة و توقفت حركة البيع و الشراء بالسوق لساعات و بعد انتهاء المشاجرات اغلقت المحلات و ذهب بعض اهالي المنطقة الي خط الترام المجاور للسوق احتجاجا علي الغياب الامني و انباء عن استعداد اللجان الشعبية لحماية المنطقة في ظل الغياب الامني

 
و حسب تصريحات خالد غرابة مدير امن الاسكندرية يصف الخناقات و ما حدث انها شئ طبيعي و انها من طبيعة اي مجتمع !
و ان سببها هو خناقة في يوم سابق يوم الاربعاء و تم ضبط 3 منهم وقتها و هم من الحضرة و ان ما حدث هو رد فعل لمناصرين لهم و جاري ضبطهم!
و اضاف ان هناك مشاجرات بين عائلتين في شارع محمد نجيب و وصف لك بالطبيعي و ان الحالة الامنية علي ما يرام

ويبدو أن حديث جريدة الوفد صحيح فقد تحدثت عن نفس الخبر جريدة أخرى وهى البديل وأكدت أن نواب الكتلة المصرية والثورة مستمرة ومستقلون قد إنسحبوا من الجلسة المسائية بعد كلمة وزير الداخلية وذلك لطلباتهم للحديث عن ما أسموه ميلشيات الإخوان التي منعت المتظاهرون من الوصول لنوابهم كذلك لقيام الكتاتنى بإعطاء الجنزورى أكثر من ساعة تحدث فيها عن مواضيع خارج موضوع الجلسة بينما تخطى أدوارهم فى الحديث وأضاف العليمي إن ممارسات رئيس الجلسة استمرت في الجلسة التالية وتم منع النواب من الحديث عن المهزلة التي كانت تجري خارج البرلمان ومنع كوادر الإخوان للمتظاهرين من الوصول لنوابهم

هذا وقد تصدى اليوم شباب الإخوان المسلمين وشباب السلفيين لمحاولة إقتحام المتظاهرين لمجلس الشعب حيث كان هناك إشتباكات قد نشبت بين مجموعات من المتظاهرين وشباب الإخوان والسلفيين ووقعت خلالها أكثر من حالة إغماء وسط الجانبين في شارع الفلكي أمام مقر مجلس الشعب بسبب رفض شباب الإسلاميين وصول مسيرة من حركة 6 إبريل للبرلمان
وردد المتظاهرون خلال تلك الأحداث هتافات منها:  الشعب يريد إسقاط الإخوان فيما رد الإسلاميون عليهم بهتافات منها: الشعب خلاص اختار البرلمان

اسعار وشروط قرعة الاراضى الثانية للاسكان العائلى

أعلنت اليوم فروع بنك التعمير والإسكان بـ19 محافظة حيث انها تستهدف القرعة الثانية للأراضى عددا من المحافظات التى تعانى من عدم وجود ظهير صحراوى للتوسع العمرانى أو محافظات تقع عواصمها فى قلب مناطق زراعية
وهو وضع ناتج عن سوء التخطيط الإدارى لهذه المحافظات منذ سنوات
وأعلن اليومبنك التعمير والإسكان عن بيع كراسات الشروط، للحجز فى قرعة الأراضى الثانية بعد الثورة بمقابل 50 جنيها سعر الكراسة الواحدة
المحافظات هى
بمدينة العاشر من رمضان لسكان محافظات جنوب سيناء، شمال سيناء، القليوبية، الشرقية، الاسماعيلية»، وأراضى مدينة برج العرب لقاطنى محافظات الإسكندرية، البحيرة، مطروح، كفرالشيخ كذلك الوضع بالنسبة لمدينة السادات التى يمكن لسكان محافظات الغربية، المنوفية، القليوبية»
أهالى محافظات بورسعيد، الدقهلية دمياط التقدم للحجز فى الأراضى المتاحة بمدينة دمياط الجديدة، وخصصت وزارة الإسكان مدينة 6 أكتوبر لسكان محافظة الجيزة فقط
يمكن سحب كراسة الشروط من أى فرع من فروع بنك التعمير والإسكان، من اليوم الأحد 22 يناير وحتى 23 فبراير من الساعة 2 ظهرا وحتى الخامسة، وهى الفترة التى خصصها بنك التعمير لسحب كراسات الشروط وتقديمها مرة أخرى للحجز فى القرعة، مع سداد مبلغ 10 آلاف جنيه لإثبات جدية الحاجز




الشروط
يسدد مقدم الحجز وقدره (10000ج) «عشرة آلاف جنيه» فى أى فرع من فروع بنك التعمير والإسكان نقدا أو بشيك معتمد أو بشيك مصرفى طبقا لمواعيد العمل الموضحة




أسلوب التخصيص
يتم إجراء قرعة يدوية علنية وسيتم الإعلان عن مكان وموعد إجراء القرعة لكل مدينة لاحقا وبحضور مسئولى جهاز المدينة والجهات المعنية والرقابية وبنك التعمير والإسكان ومن يرغب من المواطنين المتقدمين للحجز


يتم رد مقدم الحجز للسادة المتقدمين الذين لم يقع عليهم الاختيار بعد إعلان نتيجة القرعة العلنية مضافا إليها الفوائد المقررة من خلال بنك التعمير والإسكان




شروط المستفيد
أن يكون المتقدم شخصا طبيعيا (مواطن مصرى الجنسية) وليس شخصا معنويا (شركة أو مؤسسة)


ألا يقل السن عن (21) عاما فى تاريخ بدء الحجز


لا يحق للأسرة (الزوج ــ الزوجة ــ الأولاد القصر) التقدم لحجز أكثر من قطعة أرض واحدة فى المدن المعلن عنها


ألا يكون قد سبق تخصيص قطعة أرض له أو لأسرته (الزوج ــ الزوجة ــ الأولاد القصر) بأى من المدن الجديدة سواء كانت فى حيازته أو تنازل عنها للغير


أن يكون المتقدم من مواليد أو القاطنين أو العاملين بالمحافظة التى تقع فى نطاقها المدينة المطلوب الحجز فيها طبقا للجدول المرفق بكراسة الشروط والجدول


نظام السداد
استكمال سداد الدفعة المقدمة (25%) من إجمالى ثمن الأرض خلال فترة لا تزيد على شهر من تاريخ إجراء القرعة العلنية


يتم سداد باقى ثمن الأرض وقدره 75% من إجمالى الثمن بدون فوائد على ثلاثة أقساط سنوية متساوية يستحق سداد القسط الأول منها بعد عام من تاريخ استكمال سداد الدفعة المقدمة


تيسيرا على العملاء قررت الهيئة بالتعاون مع بنك التعمير والإسكان السماح بالتقدم بنفس الشروط السابقة لكل من:

الافراج عن هشام طلعت ومحسن السكرى بالتفصيل

الافراج عن هشام طلعت مصطفى و محسن السكري المتهمين في قتل المطربة اللبنانية سوزان تميم
صرح مصدر قانوني وقضائي رفيع المستوى ان النائب العام بصدد اصدار قرارا بالافراج عن هشام طلعت مصطفى و الصادر ضده حكم ب 15 سنة في قضية مقتل المطربة اللبنانية سوزان تميم باتهامة بالتحريض و بالمؤبد على رجل امن الدولة السابق محسن السكري باتهامة بتنفيذ القتل  وقد صرح المصدر القضائي ان الافراج عن المتهمين كان بعد قبول الطعن في الحكم الصادر ضدهم وحيث انه اكبر مدة للحبس الاحتياطي هي 18 شهرا وهي ماتخطاها الاثنين معا وبالتالي سيتم الافراج عنهم لحين الحكم في القضية

على ان يحضرا بنفسهم جلسة الطعن المقررة في 6 فبراير والا يعودا لنقطة الصفر من جديد ويصبح الحكم الصادر ضدهم ساريا

تعود تفاصيل القضية الى اصدار محكمة جنايات القاهرة قرارا وحكما فى 28 يوليو 2008 على المتهمين بالإعدام شنقا ،وبعد ان قاما بنقض الحكم أمام محكمة النقض والتي حكمت بدورها فى 4 مارس 2010 بإعادة محكامة المتهمين أمام دائرة أخرى والتي قضت بخفض العقوبة إلى المؤبد للسكرى و 15 عاما لهشام طلعت مصطفى والذين قاما بعدها بالطعن على الحكم أمام محكمة النقض للمرة الثانية في 25 سببا منها الخطأ فى الإسناد والمخالفة الثابتة فى الأوراق والفساد فى الاستدلال وقصور فى التسبيب والتناقض فى التسبيب

وعلى اساسة تمت اعادة محاكمتهم من جديدهذا حسب تصريحات احد المسئوليين القضائيين لليوم السابع
